Because brewing coffee is cooking, and the longer you apply the heat source, the more it causes evaporation, dehydration, and leaves a bitter, drecky residue in the pot.

So what&#039;s the supposed &quot;high-tech&quot; answer? Commit more atrocities to coffee using a USB port.
