PayPal Goes Down For the Count
PayPal developers are sweating trying to fix an API that is preventing PayPal’s online purchasing service from working. Website buyers and vendors are reporting that online sales purchases are not going through. We can only imagine the millions of dollars lost every minute the online merchant is down.

Update as of noon, PayPal services are slowly coming back online. Whew! What a test for Cloud Computing.
