Ditto for me. I approached their support team and started asking questions... and they clammed up. Their original product doc for earlier versions are still posted on their web site, and there is NO mention of a subscription fee... which is what I originally purchased. I think hope they're prepared for a class action law suit!

Hi Christina - I think your SplashID product would suffer from the same issue that Keeper has, and it's not a problem with the apps themselves but a problem with the walled garden that Apple puts around its platform. So I still wouldn't be able to toggle back and forth between my password tracking app and Safari. It's a pain that will only become a bigger issue when the iPad comes out.

Hey check out SplashID from SplashData: http://www.splashdata.com/splashid/index.asp

Splashdata does have a desktop component to all its products for iPhone. They also support other platforms such as Android, WebOS, Blackberry, Palm OS, Series 60 and WinMob. SplashID syncs with Windows as well as Mac!
